Shanghai Dongyan Machinery Parts Co., Ltd (Short for “Dongyan”) is located in Qingpu Industry Park , western Shanghai .

Dongyan was established in 2002, and started the business on Al and zinc die-casting . After decades of efforts, Dongyan now has the capability from mould design and manufacture to die-casting and machining, surface treatment and assembly. By the continuous improvement Dongyan has gained a lot of awards such as: - “Excellent die-casting part” at Shanghai 2nd international die-casting fair; - “Excellent die-casting part” at Shanghai 3rd die-casting industry fair; - “Golden Prize of casting exhibits” at “6th International Non-Ferrous & Special Casting fair” in 2007.

Dongyan has introduced 24 units advanced 16T to 1250T die casting equipments; Dongyan has also introduced CNC machining centers and other facilities for secondary operations and various types of advanced testing equipments for quality control. This allows the development of products more suitable for the customer's processes.

Dongyan is always adhering to the principle to run the company according to the market requirements and international situations, and has obtained the ISO9001: 2015 & IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 2015 &ISO 45001 2018 certificates.

In 2010, Dongyan has received 6 patents and in 2011 Dongyan received another 8 patents.

We are a Trustee Council Member of Shanghai Casting Association, and also one of the Trustee Council Members of Shanghai Die-casting Association. We are one of the leading die-casting companies in Yangtze River Delta area.
